Lamb Skewers

Ingredients

  • Lamb

  • Chili powder

  • Cumin

  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Make sure the lamb is fully thawed.

  2. Season the Lamb: Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, and salt over the lamb pieces.

  3. Bake: Place the seasoned lamb skewers in the oven. Set the temperature to 200°C and bake for 15 minutes.

  4. Final Seasoning: Once baked, sprinkle another layer of chili powder and cumin on the lamb skewers for extra flavor.

Tips

  • Make sure to thaw the lamb before seasoning and baking.

  • Adjust the amount of chili powder and cumin based on personal taste.

  • Conveniently, chili powder and cumin can be found at Albert Heijn.

  • Pre-made lamb skewers are available at Colruyt.

材料

  • 羊肉

  • 辣椒面

  • 孜然

  • 盐

步骤

  1. 准备材料:确保羊肉已经化冻。

  2. 调味:先给羊肉撒上辣椒面、孜然和盐。

  3. 烤制:将撒过调料的羊肉放入烤箱,设定温度为200度,烤十五分钟。

  4. 出炉调味:烤好的羊肉串再撒一遍辣椒面和孜然。

注意事项

  • 记得要先化冻再撒东西再烤。

  • 根据个人口味,可以适量增减辣椒面和孜然的用量。

  • 虽然不是特别直觉,但其实辣椒面和孜然在Albert Heijn都可以很方便买到!

  • 已经穿好的羊肉串可以在Colruyt买到。
