Prepare Ingredients: Make sure the lamb is fully thawed.
Season the Lamb: Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, and salt over the lamb pieces.
Bake: Place the seasoned lamb skewers in the oven. Set the temperature to 200°C and bake for 15 minutes.
Final Seasoning: Once baked, sprinkle another layer of chili powder and cumin on the lamb skewers for extra flavor.
Make sure to thaw the lamb before seasoning and baking.
Adjust the amount of chili powder and cumin based on personal taste.
