Mushroom and Chicken Drumstick Soup Recipe
Chicken drumsticks
Mixed mushrooms
Monosodium glutamate (MSG)
Salt
20mL Huadiao wine
Boil the Chicken Drumsticks: Boil a pot of water, add 20mL of Huadiao wine, and add the chicken drumsticks. Boil for three minutes. Then, take out the chicken drumsticks and place them in cold water for 1 minute, afterwards transfer them to another pot of cold water, and continue to simmer.
Simmer: Let it simmer for about ten minutes until the chicken drumsticks are almost cooked.
Add Mushrooms: Add the mushrooms and continue to simmer for another twenty minutes.
Seasoning: Finally, add MSG and salt for seasoning.
Serving: Once it's well-seasoned, it’s ready to be served.
If the mixed mushrooms already contain green onions, there’s no need to add extra.

鸡腿(鼓棒)
混合蘑菇
味精
盐
料酒20mL
煮鸡腿: 烧一锅开水,加入20mL料酒,将鸡腿(鼓棒)放入煮三分钟,然后将鸡腿捞出放入冷水中静置1分钟,之后放入另一锅冷水中,继续炖。
炖煮: 炖大概十分钟,直到鸡腿(鼓棒)差不多快熟了。
加蘑菇: 放入蘑菇,再炖二十分钟。
调味: 最后加入味精和盐调味。
出锅: 调好味后即可出锅。
如果混合蘑菇中已经有葱,就不需要额外加葱了。
