**Coconut Chicken Hotpot Recipe**

### Ingredients

* 1-2 liters of Vita Coco coconut water (one or two bottles)

* 1-2 ears of corn
* 2 slices of ginger
* 1 stalk of green onion (about 10 cm, cut into 2-3 pieces)
* Sweet soy sauce (for dipping)
* Vegetables for later (spinach, Chinese cabbage, or any other vegetables of your choice)

### Instructions

1. **Prepare the Broth:** Start by boiling a pot and adding the coconut water. Then add the green onion and ginger slices.
2. **Cook the Corn:** Add the corn to the boiling coconut water and let it simmer for a few minutes.
3. **Add the Chicken:** Cut the chicken into small pieces and add it to the pot. Let it cook until the chicken is done.
4. **First Round:** Once the chicken is cooked, it's ready to eat. Enjoy the first round of chicken and broth.
5. **Second Round:** After finishing the first round, you can add more chicken to the pot for the second round. You can also add meat slices after the chicken, if desired.
6. **Vegetables:** Once the second round of chicken is done, add your choice of vegetables (spinach, Chinese cabbage, or any other vegetables).
