Coconut Chicken Hotpot Recipe
1-2 liters of Vita Coco coconut water (one or two bottles)
1 corn-fed free-range chicken (available at Delhaize)
1-2 ears of corn
2 slices of ginger
1 stalk of green onion (about 10 cm, cut into 2-3 pieces)
Sweet soy sauce (for dipping)
Vegetables for later (spinach, Chinese cabbage, or any other vegetables of your choice)
Prepare the Broth: Start by boiling a pot and adding the coconut water. Then add the green onion and ginger slices.
Cook the Corn: Add the corn to the boiling coconut water and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Add the Chicken: Cut the chicken into small pieces and add it to the pot. Let it cook until the chicken is done.
First Round: Once the chicken is cooked, it's ready to eat. Enjoy the first round of chicken and broth.
Second Round: After finishing the first round, you can add more chicken to the pot for the second round. You can also add meat slices after the chicken, if desired.
Vegetables: Once the second round of chicken is done, add your choice of vegetables (spinach, Chinese cabbage, or any other vegetables).
Serve: Serve with sweet soy sauce as a dipping sauce.
You can adjust the ingredients according to your preferences and add more meat or vegetables as you go along.

1-2升Vita Coco椰子水(一瓶或两瓶)
一只玉米走地鸡(Delhaize有售)
1-2根玉米
2片姜
1节葱(约10厘米,切成2-3段)
甜酱油(蘸料)
青菜(如菠菜、大白菜或其他蔬菜)
准备汤底: 先将火锅烧开,加入椰子水,再放入葱段和姜片。
煮玉米: 将玉米加入锅中,煮几分钟让玉米入味。
加入鸡肉: 将鸡肉切成小块,加入锅中,煮至鸡肉熟透。
第一波: 鸡肉煮好后即可享用第一波椰子鸡火锅。
第二波: 吃完第一波鸡肉后,可以再加第二波鸡肉继续煮。你也可以在第二波加入鸡肉后再加一些肉片。
加入蔬菜: 第二波鸡肉煮完后,加入青菜,如菠菜或大白菜等。
上桌: 用甜酱油作为蘸料享用。
